personal statementI have been an educator for 31 years and have enjoyed the last ten here at Central High School. I value the small environment of CHS where I can build meaningful relationships with our students and know them as individuals.
I understand that each student can face personal challenges tht may sometimes affect their learning, and I strive to meet them with patience, understanding, and kindness. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel seen, respected, and encouraged to do their best. It is my hope that students can see the joy I feel in teaching and the subjects I love--science and math--and that my enthusiasm for these subjects helps to inspire their curiosity and confidence in learning.
