I am a dedicated Physical Education and Health teacher with experience designing inclusive, standards-aligned programs that build lifelong fitness, healthy habits, and social-emotional skills for students. I blend evidence-based instruction, data-driven assessment, and motivational coaching to help learners set personalized goals, improve physical literacy, and develop resiliency both in and out of the gym. Committed to continuous professional growth, I strive to create safe, engaging environments where every student feels supported to move, learn, and thrive.
